The health and well-being of our teams, customers and creative community is of top priority to us, so by continually monitoring the guidelines and advice provided by the UK Government and Public Health England we are committed to keeping everyone safe.

Special measures have been put in place by our printers to ensure the safety of the team and our customers using guidelines provided by the UK Government and Public Health England. Whilst our team are working from home, we will continue to help and support our customers, our creative community and one another.

Delivery

UK deliveries:
All orders that are being delivered to a UK address are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. We have been advised by the Royal Mail that in certain areas of the UK items may take longer than usual to arrive.
Please allow up to 3 working days from date of dispatch for orders to arrive.

Postcards are delivered via Royal Mail Second Class, please allow 2 to 5 working days for orders to arrive.

Europe and Rest of the World deliveries:
• For European destinations allow 3 to 9 working days.
• For Rest of the World destinations 5 to 12 working days.
