Mother’s Day Best in Class 2023

Hello Creators!

We hope Mother’s Day was as relaxing for you as it was busy for us! We had some fantastic cards uploaded, with lots of happy customers. Because we think it’s interesting and useful, we’re sharing with you the Mother’s Day 2023 best sellers for each of the thortful styles. Let’s go!

Funny- Ilan Galkoff

Ilan’s Valentine’s Day version of this card sold really well, so it’s no surprise to see it here on the winners list for Mother’s Day. We are truly living in the age of the air fryer… until next year when another gadget becomes the favourite. Our money’s on the glorious return of the pressure cooker.

Trending- Woody's Design

Well, yes, sometimes there’s just no predicting our customers and their choices. But that’s what the trending style is all about: if you know, you know. Woody’s Design spotted one of those moments and nailed it with this design.

Cheeky- Brainbox Candy

Nothing says Mother’s Day like some healthy sibling rivalry, right? That’s probably why this card did so well this year.

Rude- Pack A Punch Designs

Rude: the cheeky style’s evil twin. The sibling rivalry designs were really flying off our virtual shelves this year, this being the second one to take the bestseller crown in a style!

Heartfelt- Helen Mackay Illustration

Helen’s heartfelt designs always get it spot on, and this one’s no different. It’s visually perfect, but what really nails this for the heartfelt category is the writing. The sentiment is just right, without being overly formal or sickly sweet.

Pretty- Chloe Tyler

Pretty sells well for every occasion, yes, even for Father’s Day, and we love this bestselling design by Chloe in particular. The symmetry gives the visuals some structure, but the variety of the patterns and delicate colours stop the card from looking coldly mathematical.

Speaking of Father’s Day… join us again for our next ‘Best In Class’ after our big occasion on Sunday 18 June 2023. Don’t forget to get your designs uploaded by 24th April 2023 to make sure our moderators get to them in time.
