Estimated Delivery Times - Cards & Letterbox Gifts

Cards, subscriptions and Card Gifts can be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 and via Royal Mail First Class post (or such other delivery service as we select). Whilst we will endeavour to deliver your order by your chosen delivery date, Royal Mail First Class post is not a guaranteed one-day delivery service, so we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery offers next-day delivery, when sent Mon-Fri. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items the next day, but does not guarantee it. Royal Mail Tracked 48 offers delivery within two days, when sent Mon-Fri. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 48 items within two days, but does not guarantee it.

All cards sent internationally are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard. Unfortunately letterbox gifts cannot currently be delivered outside of the UK.

Orders placed before 6pm, Mon-Fri, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 6pm Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed on a bank holiday will also be dispatched the following working day.

Royal Mail estimates that 93% of First Class deliveries arrive the following day, however the other 7% can take up to 3 working days. Therefore, we advise ordering early with First Class postage, where possible, as unfortunately we cannot guarantee your card will be delivered the following day!

Cards ordered for UK delivery, for a specific delivery date in the future, can be dispatched up to three working days before the requested delivery date.

During peak times, we may endeavour to dispatch orders on Saturday, for delivery on Sunday; these exceptions would be displayed on the website and app. Unless specifically stated, orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday only.


Estimated Delivery Times - Gift Orders

For gift orders, you have the option to select between DPD guaranteed next day delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 24 next day delivery service when ordered before 6pm, Mon-Fri, UK delivery only.

Please note that orders of Flowers and Plants can only be sent with DPD.

Both DPD and Royal Mail Tracked 24 will provide a 1-4 hour delivery slot by 11am on the day of delivery via email and/or SMS, which will also provide alternative delivery options. You can also track your order on the provider's website or mobile app using your tracking number provided.

Orders placed after 6pm Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed on a bank holiday will also be dispatched the following working day.

Orders which have been scheduled for a specific delivery date in the future will be dispatched the day before, as all orders are sent via DPD guaranteed next day delivery.

Due to logistical limitations, DPD and Royal Mail Tracked 24 are unable to deliver our gifts to specific addresses. The postcode exclusions include:

Non-Arrival

If your card or letterbox gift has not arrived 3 working days after the dispatch date for UK orders, or if your card has not arrived 12 working days after the dispatch date for international orders, please contact us for us to look into.

We'd rather send a replacement than have you unhappy!

Regarding gift orders, in the event of non-delivery (an order/item not having arrived 3 working days after its dispatch date as a result of a fault by the courier or an error in the delivery process), please contact us at [email protected]. In this instance we will offer to replace your order, or alternatively a refund can be provided if reasonable cause for denying a replacement is presented.

Regarding flowers, due to their perishable nature, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date should this situation arise. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a replacement, refund or credit.



Returns & Refunds
