The complete opposite of the type-A mum, this mum is just about hanging on by a thread. She gives off pure Bridget Jones vibes, running on no sleep, pure adrenaline, and five cups of coffee to get her through the day.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Her house may be filled with piles of washing and trails of odd socks (that she\u2019s definitely going to pick up after work), but it\u2019s also filled with tons of fun and love. In the midst of the chaos, she still manages to show up to the nativity play, parent\u2019s evening, <\/span>and<\/span><\/em> get the kids to school on time\u2014talk about superwoman. <\/span><\/p>\n

100% chilled and effortlessly cool, this is the mum we all aspire to be. She has that natural knack for breezing through parenthood and somehow manages to make it all look easy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Whether it\u2019s trampoline parks, camping adventures, or outdoor movie nights, the answer is always yes. And as her kids get older, she\u2019ll probably become the designated taxi mum too, picking you and your mates up from town at silly o\u2019clock.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a04. The strict mum\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

The complete opposite of the laid-back mum, this mum has to have absolutely everything in perfect order, all the time. Homework done by 5, dinner by 6, then all the kids in bed by 8 without fail.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her colour-coded calendar runs like clockwork, and her kids are enrolled in an obscene amount of activities: drama lessons, piano, football, and badminton. She runs a pretty tight ship, and she\u2019s always got everything under control.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a05. The wine mum<\/span><\/h2>\n

Probably best friends with the cool mum, the wine mum is a little bit chaotic but a whole lot of fun. On her rare days off, you\u2019ll find her lounging around with a book in one hand and a glass of wine in the other.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

When you need someone to host girl\u2019s night to give everyone a much-needed break, she\u2019s the first to volunteer, and don\u2019t we just love her for it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Also described as the bubble wrap mum, this mum\u2019s mission is to protect her kids from anything and everything the world has to offer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hand sanitiser? Check. Bug spray? Check. She\u2019s got a Mary Poppins-style bag stocked with everything you could ever possibly need. You\u2019ll also hear her shouting \u201czip up your jacket!\u201d, \u201cstop running\u201d, and \u201cdo you have your sun cream on?\u201d on the daily, but if there\u2019s one thing for sure, it all comes from a place of love.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll find the overly sentimental mum sat front row at the school play with tears streaming down her face. She has a soft spot for every milestone and memory, holding onto every drawing, painting, and pipe cleaner creation her kids have ever given her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
